its leadership position in the industry

through the acquisition of the assets of School
Specialty Publishing (SSP), a division of School
Specialty Incorporated (NASDAQ: SCHS). The

Carson-Dellosa has established Carson-Dellosa
Publishing LLC, a new business entity that
incorporates the assets of SSP into the Carson-

HighReach Learning brands. SSP brands that
